Hosting

CMO makes its products available either via an ASP model or by Dedicated Installation. The ASP model involves us providing the applications from our own servers in conjunction with our service delivery partners. The Dedicated Installation allows clients to deploy the applications on their own servers behind their firewalls.

Applications running on the CMO ASP model are available 24 x 365.

Data Centre and Hosting

1.  All our servers are located in secure data centres, with high bandwidth connections.
2. Access to the facility is only allowed for designated personnel who provide appropriate      identification. The facility features include:

Diverse redundant electrical distribution
Redundant environmental control systems,
Main and reserve fire suppression system
24 x 7 network operations monitoring to ensure constant availability
Comprehensive security system.

Server Infrastructure

1. We host the application on our own redundant server farm.
2. We use HP servers (web servers and database servers) with dual Intel Xeon processors.
3. Cisco Powered Network - 99.9% Service Level Agreement.
4. We use mirrored SCSI hard drives, to ensure backup and recovery is rapid in the event of a     hardware failure.

Additional Services

CMO provide Support and Maintenance services for all CMO Mobile Platform applications. Further customised reports and interfaces can be built to meet particular requirements. We also provide ongoing strategic and development support to create efficient business processes with wireless applications for your organization.
