The Industry Leading Mobile Work Order handheld software is a Computerised Maintenance Management Solution (CMMS) that enables mobile maintenance and operations professionals to receive and complete work in the field via a wireless or mobile device.

It is designed to:

Allow field and maintenance workers to receive work orders in the field via a handheld device Drive timely and complete work orders Notify mobile workers of work orders via SMS or email (for wireless/mobile devices supporting email). Eliminate paper based processes Save time and increase efficiency Log new jobs if required to repair/maintain/commission certain items following on from initial job. Allows mobile workers to search their work orders by location and work order number Allows mobile workers to sort their work orders by priority, location, age and work order number

This Mobile Work Orders software allows details of jobs including the Type, Client, Site, Description, Date and supporting information to be sent to handheld devices of maintenance and other field workers wirelessly. Field workers can be notified of the new or updated jobs by an SMS prompting them to review the new or updated Work Order details.

The Work Order can then be completed and processed in the field, instantly updating the back office system with details of the completed Work Order. In addition, the maintenance personnel or field worker can log further consequential jobs directly from the field.

In the field the application is support by most popular handheld devices (Pocket PC, Tablet) and the information is synchronized back to a web based application where it is stored for administration and reporting via a secure web based interface.
